Hugever is a digital loyalty app for cafes in Kerala, India. Customers scan the QR code at the counter and enter their mobile number, and the owner confirms each visit on their own phone or tablet. Every few visits (5 by default) the customer earns a free reward, such as a free coffee, and cafes can also give coins on every bill.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Scanning your QR opens Hugever in their phone's browser. They can add it to their Home Screen if they like, and it works like an app.
Do I need a card machine, POS or any hardware?
No. You confirm visits on the phone or tablet you already have. Hugever works alongside whatever billing you use today. If your cafe gives coins, you type the bill amount when you confirm.
How do you stop fake check-ins?
Nothing counts until you tap Confirm, face to face at the counter. Each customer can check in once a day at your cafe, and you can undo a visit within 2 minutes.
How long does it take to set up?
About two minutes. Sign up with your email, choose your reward, then download your QR poster from the app and put it on the counter. Customers can start checking in straight away.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It runs in the phone browser on both. Reward notifications work on Android, and on iPhone once the customer adds Hugever to their Home Screen.
